I am a seasoned operations and field leadership professional with 30 years of experience managing complex projects, empowering teams, and building sustainable organizational systems. My career has been defined by a passion for leading people with empathy, strengthening operations with strategy, and creating more inclusive, equitable environments — especially for women and minorities. In addition to my professional work, I serve as Board Secretary and Finance Committee member for a local arts organization, where I support governance, financial stewardship, and strategic growth. I recently helped secure and am managing a $200,000 grant to make the organization’s historic building ADA accessible — an effort that combines my construction expertise with my deep commitment to community, the arts, and creating welcoming spaces for all. I bring a unique blend of operational expertise, creative problem-solving, and people-centered leadership to every role I take on. I am especially energized by opportunities where organizational excellence and mission-driven work intersect to create lasting impact.
