Leading operations and communication, and working closely with Buffer's CEO. Focusing on company planning, executive hiring, and serving as interim Head of People. In this role I have also worked closely with the Product Team, doing operations and management (2018 & 2019).
Lead Buffer's customer service team with a focus on quality, hiring, and training, and collaboration with Buffer's Product team.
