My key contributions are: • Financial Stewardship: I managed an annual operating budget ranging from $800K to $1.5M, ensuring optimal resource allocation to support our initiatives. • Team Leadership: I led a team of nine staff members and a volunteer base of 30, effectively coordinating our efforts to achieve the organization's goals. • Economic Impact: I contributed to driving more than $19.1B in economic impact across the three-state regions. This showcased our successful execution of economic development initiatives. • Membership and Funding: I boosted membership by 10%, increased program funding by 50%, and initiated one of the largest business accelerator programs in the country. • Diversity and Inclusion: I was engaged as a city-wide Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE & I) Committee member, working towards creating a more inclusive and diverse business climate within the community.
