Sales Account Management
Providing support packages to new businesses. Various levels of package including Marketing, Admin, Pre & Post sales, Compliance.
Supporting and working very closely with the Managing Director. Co-ordinate and run staff meetings, prepare company correspondence. Invoice clients, chase outstanding monies. Prepare accounting reports, cash flow, forecasting, accounts receivable. Contact new companies for IT recycling. Manage CRM (Zoho). Account Manager for existing support contract clients. Obtain new business. Produce quotes for new sales of equipment. Create, maintain and implement business processes. Responsible for the Sales and Recycling teams. HR and payroll for all teams. I have been instrumental in the doubling of the business and the current stable infrastructure. I have just set up a charity to work alongside the business to help disadvantaged people 16+ year olds to obtain work experience, confidence and knowledge.

Manage CRM database (Salesforce), quote and process customer orders, check Bank receipts, receive payments in Sage, process accounts/invoices in Quickbooks, send customer orders, data entry, chase outstanding monies, continuous improvement by streamlining systems as the company grows, I review and develop the administrative systems.
