• Oversee the Company’s external financial reporting process, including SEC reporting, international reporting, census reporting, and other financial and governmental statutory reporting • Lead technical accounting and draft position papers for complex accounting transactions under US GAAP, such as purchase price accounting, stock-based compensation, convertible notes and capped call transactions, hedging and strategic investments in private companies • Lead new accounting standards implementation
Process owner of technical accounting, SEC reporting and equity admin and accounting. 1) Oversee the preparation of 10Q, 10K, earning release 8K, proxy and other required filings. Maintain quarterly reporting calendar and coordinate with audit team for audit or review. 2) Research and document accounting implications of significant and/or non-routine transactions, on topics including M&A, convertible debt issuance/modification/extinguishment, stock based compensation, financial instruments and leases. Ongoing monitoring and interpretation of new SEC/GAAP regulatory pronouncements. 3) Review equity admin activities including issuance, vesting, termination and time filing of Form 3,4,5 with SEC
