About

I am an EPFL Chemical Engineer and Project Management Professional (PMP®) with 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects, operational transformation and business initiatives across multinational corporations and entrepreneurial ventures. Throughout my career, I have been drawn to roles where I could build, structure and transform organizations by bringing together people, processes and strategy. I enjoy turning complex challenges into practical and scalable solutions. Over eight years at Philip Morris International, I progressed from Supply Chain planning to project leadership roles, managing innovation, portfolio and operational transformation projects across Europe and Switzerland. One of my key achievements was contributing to the launch of PMI's first IQOS boutiques by designing and implementing the end-to-end operating model, coordinating Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Commercial and Customer Service teams. As Planning Manager and Head of the Planning Department at Givaudan's Vernier manufacturing site, I led a team of 20 planners while driving supply chain transformation, digitalization, operational excellence and continuous improvement within a highly regulated GMP environment. Alongside my parental leave, I currently serve as COO of Yuboost, a Swiss healthcare and longevity company that I co-develop with my sister. I lead strategic and operational initiatives spanning project management, business strategy, operations, supply chain, partnerships and organizational development. Building a company from the ground up has strengthened my ability to navigate uncertainty, create structure and move seamlessly between strategy and execution. To further strengthen my project leadership, I recently obtained the PMP® certification from PMI and completed MIT Sloan Executive Education's "AI: Implications for Business Strategy" program. I enjoy aligning stakeholders, simplifying complexity and delivering projects that create lasting impact. I am particularly interested in leadership roles at the intersection of project management, operations, business transformation, healthcare innovation and technology.
