Le problème ? En France : - Dans les 10 ans à venir 50% des agriculteurs partiront à la retraite. De très nombreuses fermes seront cédées. Près de 40% de ces fermes iront agrandir les fermes voisines, et développer une agriculture toujours plus intensive. - Environ 10 000 jeunes diplômés agricoles ne trouvent pas de foncier pour s’installer sur un modèle de petite ferme en agroécologie. La plupart de ces jeunes ne s’installeront pas et renonceront à leur projet.

Fighting foodwaste in 17 markets in Europe and North America, Too Good To Go is expanding its impact across the world. As VP of Customer Success, my role is to ensure a consistant and great experience through our app to enable stores and customers to actively fight food waste and have a positive impact. Part of the global team, my team's role is to optimise operations and enhance performance of our 200+ customer success managers based locally.
With a mission of reducing food waste worldwide, Too Good To Go is the World's largest marketplace for surplus food. Part of the Management team, I'm in charge of the Customer Success Department, leading 25+ talented Waste Warriors in Account Management (10,000+ retailers including Key Accounts such as Carrefour, Casino, Accor Hôtel, La Croissanterie, SSP...) and Customer Care in our French market.
In charge of our network of partner stores, both independant stores and Key Accounts (Accor Hotel, La Croissanterie, Flunch, Lenôtre,...) : onboarding, rollout, follow up, communication. Built a team of 5 Customer Success Managers.
• Operational projects: - In direct contact with countries : collecting, reporting, analysing and recommending Digital activities on concrete Global digital projects dealing with business issues (categories and brands ) - Organizing key meetings and preparation of presentations: looking for insights and new case studies to demonstrate new marketing techniques • Strategic: - Centralisation of e-listening studies, ensuring consistency and accuracy in both content and design of the social dashboards in coordination with an external agency - Development of the visibility of the social dashboards in integrating them in the internal digital tools - Support the delivery of campaign insight performance to analyse our key campaign activity for dairy brands • Analysis : - Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data and interpretation of the results to help increasing recruitments on the Social Media platforms - Generation of relevant data towards different audiences to promote the creation of adapted brand content on the digital platforms • Research : - Identify digital trends, insights
