I am currently conducting research on identifying a component in human serum that elicits silver resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. I am learning new microbiology techniques while providing chemical expertise, combining these two fields to complete my research objectives. Beyond the lab, I'm involved in community engagement. As the President of The Acappella Project, I've led a team in planning rehearsals and innovating engagement strategies, adapting to new challenges such as the pandemic. My commitment to making a positive impact extends to volunteering at hospitals, where I've provided support to patients and families during their hospital visits. In addition to my passion for the sciences, I have experience in piano and public speaking. My goal is to combine my skills and apply them to a career in the biomedical industry.
