Caroline is a graduate of the University of Eastern Africa, Baraton with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA- Management. She completed her Certified Public Secretaries examinations in 2015 and was registered as a Certified Public Secretary in 2018. She also holds a National Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from College of Human Resource Management. Caroline practices in the areas of company law, corporate governance, labour and employment law. She works with a wide range of individuals and corporate clients offering both advisory and compliance services.
Supporting the CPF Group Boards
- Registering and setting up businesses and ensuring they comply with the Companies Act. - Linking businesses on e-citizen. - Preparing and filing the company’s annual returns. - Handling corporate restructuring and developing corporate strategic plans. - Offering advisory services and training Board of Directors. - Managing litigation in cases affecting the company and providing share registration services. - Preparing and attending AGM, Board, and EOGM meetings and taking minutes. - Updating and managing client records as well as keeping the company seals. - Implementing strategies to promote integrity and ethical practices in company operations. - Participating in negotiations and execution of contracts. - Developing governance, hr policies and corporate strategic plans.
