I am fascinated at what technology can do especially when we look at how it can help solve problems and address user needs so that it enables better experiences and drives value. I’m naturally collaborative and curious and a strong believer that everyone matters. I believe that there is much more to life than work and so in my spare time you will most likely find me outside walking, running or hanging out with my family. My specialist areas include product management, innovation and service design in complex organisations but have also had the opportunity to work in a start up environment within a large organisation and worked with many FinTechs.

Asked to set up and lead the Design team for Nationwide for business to design and deliver a mobile first business banking proposition for Nationwide using greenfield technology. Led a team of over 10 designers including service design, design research, product design, content design and usability.
