I emphasize a healthy approach to singing and practicing, music literacy, and basic piano skills with all students.
As Student Manager, I am responsible for managing the Box Office in the absence of full time employees during regular business hours and performances. This includes opening and closing the office, securely distributing and collecting cash banks, and monitoring and assisting Student Tellers.
As a Student Teller, I conducted ticket sales for the Fine Arts Center, Department of Music & Dance, Department of Theater, and other miscellaneous performances through the ticketing software AudienceView. This required confirming order details and collecting payment with efficiency and accuracy, and working with sensitive customer payment and account information. I was promoted to Student Manager in February 2017.
I offered private voice lessons to the Williston Northampton School students, where we focused on a healthy approach to singing and practicing in a variety of genres. The curriculum additionally included music literacy, basic diction, and introductory piano skills. I worked in tandem with music department faculty to provide masterclass and performance opportunities for all students taking private lessons.
I had the opportunity to music direct "The Puddle Jumping Society," with director Ron Bashford, and creator and producer Anna Plummer.
