From navigating brand growth in Europe and Latin America with Unilever to leading governance reform and business transformation as Chairwoman of Fattal Group, I have learned that resilience, vision, and bold defiance of the status quo are the engines of meaningful progress. Today, I draw on that journey to empower leaders to unlock their power, align with purpose, and lead courageously — even in the most complex landscapes. As Founder of Stand for Women, I champion gender equality and sisterhood with radical intention. Our initiatives — from policy advocacy to the Marion Fund, which revitalised 250+ women-led SMEs post-Beirut blast — are about reimagining the workforce and shifting systems that hold women back. Recognised by Forbes Middle East (2014–2020) and named to Forbes 50 Over 50 EMEA (2024), I use this platform to disrupt conventional thinking and shape inclusive futures.
