Driven by creativity, social good, and a deep curiosity for learning, Caroline is a creative entrepreneur who has gravitated toward unconventional paths in business and the arts. Formally trained as a multimedia artist, she freelances across photography, animation, videography, and design, working with clients in industries such as F&B, retail, education, and luxury. She also supports children with special learning needs as a part-time teacher aide. Caroline enjoys sharing her dessert creations through her two online brands, Warabimochi Pom Pom and Pomedochi, where she explores recipe development and content creation as a form of personal artistic expression. She also spends time painting, experimenting with new food ideas, and continuously exploring new directions and opportunities in business.
Co-founded and built Warabimochi Pom Pom, a Japanese-inspired warabimochi dessert and drinks online brand, overseeing product innovation, brand, marketing, and pop-ups across Singapore, primarily in CBD locations.

Founded and built Pomedochi, a French patisserie brand, overseeing business strategy, marketing, influencer collaborations and media relations. • Participated in café residency in collaboration with Baker X at Orchard Central. • Featured on platforms including Kiss92, CNA938, Tatler, Expat Choice, U-Weekly, Channel 8, etc.
• In charge of animation and motion graphics matters across all clients of the company. • Introduced new design mediums to the company's service offerings and capabilities (e.g. animation & motion graphics). • Designed the SOP for videography and editing processes for F&B clients under Enterprise Singapore grants, worked with team that created over 200 video and photo projects for F&B and retail clients. • Oversee productions from pre- to post-, including photography, videography, animation, planning, executing, editing and quality checking. • Served as on-screen talent for multiple clients.
