- Currently working here in an advisory capacity now that the festival is completed - Pre-Screened every film accepted into the festival for potential triggers to ensure that each movie was properly labeled with trigger warnings for photosensitivity, suicide, and other sensitive topics. - Walkthrough each cinema and event space to ensure that it is accessible and to put up signs such as "No Flash Photography," "Viewer Discretion is Advised: This screening contains flashing lights or patterns that may affect photosensitive individuals," and "Viewer Discretion is Advised: This screening contains depictions of suicide that may be triggering to some viewers." - Work and oversee the photographers during the festival to ensure they do not use flash photography on the red carpet/step and repeat, during panels, mixers, or Q&A's. - Advise the festival's founders and Event Producer on proper verbiage of trigger warnings online for each film. - During the festival, assist anyone with accessibility needs as they come up
- Pre-screen all films for trigger warnings, such as photosensitivity, sexual assault, blood, suicide, etc. - Put these trigger warnings on each film or short film block page on Eventbrite, to ensure that attendees are aware of the warnings for certain films - Write verbiage to explain in detail the different trigger warnings for each film - Assist low vision and blind individuals entering and exiting the theater. Also attendees in wheelchairs and scooters to the back room to enter the stage in the theater - Create signs such as Trigger Warning statements with QR codes to each film's specific warnings, Photosensitivity Warnings for the films and the step and repeat, Crowd Releases, and small poster signs to put around the theater for attendees - Write verbiage to put online regarding Accessibility protocols of the festival - Assist in coordinating the Getty photographers and volunteers throughout the festival as needed - Work with various managers at venues to ensure that the parties were set up accordingly before attendees arrived - Assist VIPs throughout the festival to navigate events and parties at the GRAMMY's House, the A24 party at Planet X Studios, and the Bruno Walter Auditorium at Lincoln Center - Step into various coordinator roles throughout the festival as needed
