Carolina Limon is the manager of Human Resources for the LATAM region. She has been focused in the development and implementation of strategic human resources initiatives to increase our productivity as a business partner. As well, she is the Colliers University regional advocate and is in charge of developing regional training initiatives in order to promote the specialization among the different business lines. Carolina is committed in supporting and accelerating the Colliers professionals success by making our company the industry leader with the best talented people.
Carolina was responsible for creating the training and development department first in Mexico and then for LATAM. She was responsible for managing and implementing a strategy plan aligned to the corporate goals, for overseeing the development of careers and for improving the productivity of the organization’s employees through knowledge and skills. Her main functions in this role were to consolidate Collier´s Univeristy in the region, create and conduct a performance review program, conduct orientation sessions, prepare and implement training & development budget, evaluate training needs of company, manage training advocates, plan the implementation of activities & events and provide performance feedback.
As Office Market Research Analyst, Carolina was responsible for studying the offer, demand, pricing, distribution, and trends of office real estate; collecting statistical property data, analyzing the data to identify any trends and opportunities, and then predicting future trends. In addition she was responsible for data management; analyzing datasets, and charts based on analysis findings. Carolina also was responsible for drafting athe quarterly office mexico city reports and other reports and written research as necessary.
