Responsibilities: - Translating and proofreading documents (Portuguese-English and English-Portuguese) - Interpreting trainings at shopfloor - Supporting Transference of Technology processes Activities: - Preparing and scheduling trainings for South-African employees - Translating documents and interpreting trainings - Managing the documents sent through sites during the Transference of Technology - Rebuilding trainings on e-learning format, in order to ensure the knowledge continuity - Rebuilding the EHS integration training as an e-learning Results: - The documents translation and the trainings interpretation were key for the Transfer of Technology (ToT) process - A very important expertise was gained while interpreting trainings, which later allowed the development of e-learnings about the shopfloor assemblies. These e-learnings were considered as part of the technological innovation of the project. - The digitalization of the EHS integration training has simplified the safety onboarding process for new employees and has reduced the quantity of trips needed by the EHS team.
