Leading Fruits & Vegetables Category (3 temperatures) by means of strategically sourcing products and service for our internal stakeholders. I have worked and partnered with multiple teams to develop and execute category sourcing strategies and processes, deliver savings and improve productivity across the category.
As part of the Procurement department, I was responsible for ensuring optimal stock levels according to business needs and potential projects, to review and influence internal processes in order to meet business changes and needs. To track and manage RMA processes, to deliver forecast accuracy with Sales.
I was responsible for the supervision of the inbound and outbound traffic. I managed the buying and delivery process of goods and the placement and delivery of purchase orders. Analysis of projects/ drafts with KAM to meet client's requirements on time and correctly. Plan demands for each portfolio to ensure product availability. To act as a link between Production and Commercial departments making sure compliance costs and time were meet. To review project status with stakeholders. Answer queries linked to stocks, planification, deliveries and service level ( both client and supplier). Manage SKUs linked to clients (analysis of stock levels, residual stocks, losses..).
My main goal was to plan, execute and supervise supply chain present & future activities of the company. I was in charge of coordinating processes to achieve an effective delivery of goods to over 500 stores subject to on time & efficiency targets. Stock control (+1.300SKUs) & optimization. KPI analysis & report. Supervise and manage claims from stores and/or suppliers. To give support to all stores and to the opening team in accordance to expansion plan. To negotiate rates & services with carriers and 3PL to the best value. To design the department´s strategy to meet the company´s objectives.
I was a liaison between the company´s Purchase, Operations departments and the 3PL center to ensure a proper flow of products to all retail brands on a daily basis, promotions and change of menu. I was made responsible of the fresh fruit & vegetable category: monthly price evaluation, search of new products & formats, manage product specifications, distribution routes, claims. I participated in the expansion plan outside Spain: searching for 3PL & transport partners. Set up of stock & procedures. I was part of the team that was responsible of setting up the supply chain operations for the openning of Domino´s Pizza in Spain: new stock & supplier management, tosettle new operations for tense flow products with a very short shelf life, new routes andnew procedures at 3PL. I was responsible to develop the fresh vegetable toppings on Domino´s Pizza portfolio in collaboration with Quality, Operations & Domino´s Inc. Settle cuts, package size, develop routes, develop reception & claim procedures at stores and supplier.
I assisted both Purchase and Logistic Directors as a liason. I handled customer claims , perfomed dialy stock analysis, delivery & KPI analysis on 3PL. I assisted purchase department in market research, KPI supplier analisis.
