Pre-Screened candidates, organized face-to-face interviews and monitored the integration of interns within the head office. • Animation of the trainee community : created a “Welcome Tea” for all the interns that began in January 2020 to greet them; initiated the Microsoft Teams for the trainee class which was entitled the 2020 Lions; contributed to mid-internship meetings for feedback and understanding; fostered a unique “Closing 2020 Lions” experience to mark the end of their internship experience. • Represented CHANEL in school actions. Prepared such school events in accordance to recruitment objectives and later visited said schools by sourcing students and illustrating CHANEL’s brand and values.
