Starting at F&M Bank - Susquehanna as a part-time teller all while attending Shepherd College, I had the privilege to be part of many mergers (F&M, BB&T, Truist) & worked through various roles: Teller, Teller Coordinator, Relationship Banker, Assistant Area Operations Manager, and Internal Control Examiner II. During this time, these roles developed me to lead, coach and offer operational support & expertise to my teammates. In addition, to leading branch teams through audit related issues & ensuring adherence to internal controls. In April 2022, I was thrilled to join BCT-Bank of Charles Town as a Branch Administrative Support Specialist, supporting the Retail Banking Network. In this role, I develop and enforce operational policies and procedures, coach, audit & serve as a primary contact for branch support. During my banking career, I have proudly volunteered with various organizations such as the Lighthouse Project (BB&T now Truist), Loudoun County Fair, Jefferson County Fair, Berkeley County Youth Fair, Apple Harvest Festival, Meals on Wheels & Treasurer with Summit Point Baseball.
