I've spent 15 years solving problems that sit at the intersection of people, process, and data — the kind of operational tangles that don't fit neatly on an org chart and don't get fixed by a single team working alone. Before that, I was an Emergency Dispatcher and then as a Peace Officer. Honestly, that's where I learned what urgency, accountability, and staying calm in a broken system actually feel like. At Finning Canada, I was brought in as the supply chain SME for a national parts warehouse network after a massive ERP transition. The problem wasn't a lack of data — it was that nobody had connected the dots between how parts moved, how customers were notified, and how the warehouse operated. I led projects that redesigned those connections: branch efficiency workshops, direct ship programs, and smart drop box deployments. Over seven years, the documented impact was north of $33M. Throughout my career, I've learned that results are rarely about technology alone. The real work is getting the right people in a room, earning their trust fast enough to hear the real problem, translating it into something actionable, and then staying through implementation to make sure it actually sticks. I've done that as an operations manager, a system SME, a BA, a project manager, a process designer, and sometimes just the person willing to ask the uncomfortable question. More recently, that work has taken me into ERP territory again. I've been embedded in a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation — coordinating UAT across complex workflows like warehouse management, returns, billing, and dropship logic, while building the training documentation and process guides that help real users actually land on the other side of a go-live with confidence. I work in English, Spanish, and ASL, and that range matters here — because the system doesn't matter if the people using it don't trust it. My foundation is a Bachelor of Communications from Mount Royal, deepened over the years through Agile leadership, project management, and Power Platform coursework — and capped most recently with my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in December 2024, because staying current isn't optional when the problems keep evolving. I'm currently at Microserve leading operational excellence and process improvement work, and I'm open to new opportunities — particularly in operational strategy, business analysis, consulting, or process transformation roles in the Edmonton area or remote across Canada. If something I've described resonates with a challenge you're working through, I'd love to connect.

Led numerous supply chain process enhancement projects to improve operational ease and act as the business SME (Subject Matter Expert) for parts warehouse processes. In doing this I was responsible for practical and theoretical knowledge in end-to-end supply chain management as well as their functional interdependencies. I focused highly on data analysis to support our implemented enhancements. In all projects I was central in providing the data logic to implement and ensure sustainment of these project. Key projects included: Smart Drop Box- Implementing smart drop boxes at remote locations where it was viable to have a physical presence provided an opportunity for Customers to still retrieve their Finning packages. Return on Investment was $1.75M annually. OEM Warehouse and Direct ship cores- amalgamating our OEM warehouse to a consistent ERP and warehouse design allowed us to reduce our touchpoints by half and significantly reduce our inventory carrying costs. Benefit is $26M over 3 years. • Setting standard operating processes for parts and warehouse departments. Travelling to individual branches and training/working directly with staff. Observing current parts processes, performing an audit of processes, reporting the findings of the audit to operational management, and making and proving training on recommendations. It also involves re-auditing post training and creating a dissemination plan culminating in communicating a written report to the executive. • Liaise and meet regularly with the learning and training department as a subject matter expert to ensure official training documentation is current and presented in a way that makes it relevant and accessible to people at all levels.
