As an educator for almost 20 years, I've seen how fellow educators have burned themselves with the systems that weren’t made to serve them. I’ve lived that life too, working countless hours around the clock, to sustain a classroom, a business, and live the life I've been called to live. It wasn’t until later in my educational career that I discovered that I was actually serving the system, instead of planning for and creating systems that would help me sustain myself and entrepreneur me. The problem wasn’t that I didn't have the strategies. Because I did! The issue became, I was missing the capacity to be able to sustain all that I was building. And that’s why, now I help educators expand their capacity in both their business and their lives, by creating the systems that allow them to operate in alignment with the life they’ve been called to live.
