From a very young age I always knew I wanted to work with children. I never imagined I would be in the field of behavior analysis but it is a career that has been so rewarding and one that I am thankful for! I started my career as a behavioral therapist, and became a mentor for new hire behavior therapists. Upon starting my graduate program at Arizona State University, I accepted an internship to become a clinical supervisor. I have been a clinical supervisor for 7 years and a regional clinical manager for two years. I also facilitated our agency’s clinical supervisor internship, mentoring future BCBAs for 2 years. ABA has been a huge part of my life, and I am always eager and willing to help others understand the power of behavior modification!
