• Dedicated project manager (current PMP practitioner) with a track record of on-time, on-budget successes for implementations • Seasoned project manager leading project team as large as 20 across front-end sales team and systems development team for both on-shore and virtual pattern • Trusted business advisor to chair steering committee for risk and issue
● Oversee back office transition program on multiple workstreams (Transfer agency, fund operation, custodian and trustee etc.) ● Bridging between regional teams and external parties at all levels
● Manage project setup and governance by collaborating wide spectrum of stakeholders at all levels ● Perform impact analysis with Risk, Compliance, Legal and external vendor to comply with regulatory rules ● Facilitate effective business discussion to refine Target Operating Model (TOM) for process streamlining
● Provide consultancy guidance to help stakeholders adopting digital change at scale and at speed from initial engagement through to ongoing feature enablement ● Proactive management for all business readiness activities such as training, communications, operational impact assessment, procedures, MI (Management Information) and release approach ● Effective bridging between on-shore and virtual stakeholders at all levels, including Digital Product Owners, Regional IT, Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Risk and Regulatory Compliance team ● Taking actions to mitigate risks and issues to ensure deliveries are within schedule and quality standards ● Adapting hybrid agile methodology using Confluence/Jira tickets for effective management
● Highly experienced in managing a wide range of regional projects with budget approximately USD1M, including digital web, middle-office operation (including risk and compliance) and backend technology data integration and compliance requirement handling ● Working across business analyst and virtual development team in China around 10-20 team members ● Collaborating with global teams for aligning organization strategic direction ● Transparent communicating with steering committee and project sponsor by escalating risks and issues in timely manner and closely monitoring end-to-end Agile or SDLC cycle
● User requirement gathering from all level stakeholders and preparation of requirement documentation ● Coordinate and manage UAT testing for quality assurance ● Accountable for conducting user training for business users, as well as post launch support
● Involve in user requirement gathering sessions to understand business needs ● Responsible for coding development of web-based HR hiring system ● Collaborating with global teams for aligning organization strategic direction
