Community Program Manager @ Databricks

St. Petersburg, Florida, United States

About

I’m passionate about building and nurturing technical communities, especially around open source projects. I work with projects like Delta Lake, Apache Spark™, Unity Catalog, and MLflow, focusing on boosting engagement and adoption among developers, contributors, and users. Previously, I partnered with open source foundations such as LF Energy and LF AI & Data, promoting and incubating over 100 projects while connecting people from all over the world. What excites me most is getting to know community members, diving into new projects, and creating spaces where people can collaborate and share ideas. Whether I’m organizing hands-on meetups, supporting multi-day conferences, or managing online engagement, I bring energy, creativity, and a knack for logistics to every initiative. I use social media and community channels to keep everyone informed and connected, and ensure communities are inclusive and thriving. I love bridging the technical and human sides of open source, building authentic relationships, and helping communities succeed-both online and in person.
