- Work closely with organisers, contractors and vendors in logistics planning of exhibitions, seminars, international conferences and special events - Maintain ongoing effective communication with both internal and external customers to maximize efficiency and expedite customer needs - Act as manager-in-charge to oversee every aspect of the events on-site, tactfully handling problems and requests to deliver solutions in a timely manner
