Machined foam molds on ShopBot CNC and fabricated carbon fiber airfoils for the car
Led the Nueva School Design Subteam to create Fusion360 models of mechanisms for the FRC Robotics Competition. Trained Design members to use Fusion360 and design robot parts. Ran motion simulations, calculated material strength, tested laser-cut prototypes, and fabricated with wood, matboard, metal, plexiglass, and PLA.
Founded a club to build wooden, secure pod shelters for the local unhoused community. Led 20+ members in the pod construction process, teaching woodworking skills, delegating tasks, purchasing materials, and managing pod delivery. Ran business initiatives — raised over $10,000 in grant money. Created a website, a detailed construction manual, and a 3D model of a pod in Fusion360. Designed and launched a 2-week summer camp with 30 5th-8th graders to build 2 pods.
