An AI-native product-led growth PM with 10 years experiences from Uber, Coursera and AI startups. Biggest run: Uber Commute, where I built the PLG motion and scaled it from zero to 140 million, via hyper-growth levers: a low-friction onboarding funnel for heavy background-checks drivers, and a compelling aha moment that doubled the activation rate and monetization conversion. Now I run all of this with new AI growth playbooks. Delivering both business growth and organizational AI transformation. On the business side, I wrap AI workflows around the sales motion and use PLG as a wedge to supercharge SLG: driving a big lift in lead generation and sales conversion. On the org side, I agentized the entire growth playbook into an agent stack — so a single PM runs an Uber-caliber growth team, without the headcount.
