I am an experienced executive leader with a proven track record in leading national and international enterprises. Developing global strategies and executing these successfully and consistently throughout the globe with team play while developing a healthy and unique culture has been a key strength. My passion for customers is part of my DNA. At the moment I am a member of the Managing Board and Director of Retail Netherlands of Rabobank. Besides I am a Member of the Supervisory Board at Eindhoven Airport NV.

Obvion is a significant player in the Dutch mortgage market with 200.000 customers and a serviced portfolio of appr. 34 billion. Currently I am leading OBVION through a significant transition on a journey to become THE Intermediate Channel mortgage provider (independant financial advisers). This is succesfully being realized through newly developed products and value propositions combined with excellent customer service and through optimized and digitalized processes for our 1.600 points of sale and it’s customers. Obvion has a unique culture and is regaining it’s position as a great place to work which impacts the customer experience very positively. OBVION has shown unique Employee Promoter Scores recently reaching a score of +41 in December 2018 leading up to NPS scores also being on the rise. Next to the above I am also serving as Member of the Supervisory Board at Eindhoven Airport NV as well as Maxima Medisch Centrum (hospital).
Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) being responsible for the local Sales and Services organizations in 35 Countries as well as the global CIO domain (2.500+ FTEs). Next to this I was also responsible for Athlon Car Lease. During this period I was also the Co-Lead for the succesful sales process of Athlon Car Lease to the Daimler organization in 2016.
As from May 2010 I was responsible for all commercial activities of DLL Global Vendor Finance (in 35 countries) as Vice Chairman & Chief Commercial Officer by having the lead over it’s 6 Global Strategic Business Units.
