Focused on bioinformatic analysis to study the effects of different radiotherapy modalities on inflammation and immune cell subsets. Using Python and R, I am analysing data generated from CYTOF (Cytometry by Time-of-Flight). My work involves processing and interpreting immune-related data to identify how radiotherapy influences immune responses, with an emphasis on inflammatory markers and immune cell population dynamics.
Focused on elucidating the T cell compartment and immune profile of patients with chronic (CK) acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) across different disease stages and treatment timepoints. I am investigating the dynamics of T cell populations, aiming to identify key changes in immune responses during disease progression and therapy.
During this internship, I worked with Dr. Olivier Cexus, focusing on the metabolic profile of dendritic cells. I gained hands-on experience in cutting-edge research, honing my data analysis and lab skills. My contributions to this project deepened my understanding of immune cell metabolism and provided a solid foundation for my future research endeavors.
