At Signify, I manage the end-to-end delivery of global CRM campaigns for Philips Hue, from strategy and briefing to execution and coordination across email, app, and web channels. I design and manage lifecycle, promotional, and retention campaigns that drive engagement, loyalty, and eCommerce conversion, ensuring consistent messaging and personalization across global markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams (product, content, analytics, and local markets), I help build scalable customer journeys that drive eCommerce conversion and long-term value. Furthermore, I define the brief and strategic direction for global campaign landing pages, ensuring content, messaging, and user experience are aligned across web, email, and in-app touchpoints.
