* Partner in charge of the São Paulo office; * Partner in charge of corporate, contracts, real estate, special projects, infrastructure and LPO.
* Manager in charge for civil, commercial, contracts, consumer, financing, merger and acquisitions, real state, import and export, compliance and corporate law of the north Latin America region of the Louis Dreyfus Commodities Group; * Direct report to the company’s CLO and leadership over 6 in-house individuals; * Contracts and business strategies – in charge of about 15,000 contracts a year, leading projects for the standardization of contracts, training sessions, new proceedings for the control of the contractual demand and new flows of contract process; * M&A and special projects – leading projects in North Latam Region and in Lusophone Africa; * Finance agreements; * Corporate matters; * Antitrust; * Compliance; * General support to civil, environmental, labor, regulatory and criminal litigation; and * Trademarks.
* Coordination of Civil, Environmental, Labor, Regulatory and Criminal judicial and administrative litigation and consulting; * Coordination of in-house litigation lawyers and legal clerks, as well as law firms; * Direct report to the company’s CLO; * Compliance and preventive programs on best commercial practices, Labor and Environmental Law; * Shareholders affairs; * Support in M&A and new projects; * Support to the communication department in press relationship; * Support in contracts and corporate matters.
