Senior talent executive and creative leader with over 20 years of experience across the fashion, entertainment, and media industries. My background spans model management, talent development, and agency leadership at top international modeling agencies in New York, Paris, Milan, and London, where I focused on discovering potential, shaping long-term careers, and positioning talent across global markets. In later years, my work expanded into scripted television and film, collaborating closely with Executive Producers, directors, and cast producers on major productions within the Ryan Murphy ecosystem. I worked on set with principal cast (First Team), serving as a key liaison between creative departments and production while supporting talent at the highest level. I bring a relationship-driven, highly collaborative approach to everything I do, grounded in taste, discretion, and an understanding of how creative industries actually function behind the scenes. I’m particularly interested in projects and collaborations centered around talent development, creative strategy, and building sustainable careers across fashion and entertainment. Currently based in Pennsylvania while maintaining active relationships in New York and Los Angeles.
