‐ Manage and design salary programs, including the evaluation and realignment of salary structures for LA North Region countries (MX, Central America and Andean). ‐ Conduct ongoing research for improving effectiveness of compensation plans to achieve market competitiveness, employee attraction and retention. ‐ Complete salary and benefit surveys (Mercer, HAY, and Towers Watson) and analyze results for the development of market trend informed strategies. ‐ Periodical review of benefits (Pension plan, Health and life insurance, Car policy, Expat packages).
‐ Support with market data collection and analysis to report salary ranges and changes in local markets.
