Purchasing Division - Engineering Section Business Development Activities: - Coordination of manufacturing cost reduction activities throughout the EU supplier base via application of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles. - Lead regular shopfloor workshops with selected suppliers to deliver plant-wide operational excellence. Business Support Activities: - Define and coordinate EU suppliers quality improvement strategy between Purchasing and Quality Divisions - Coordinate deployment of standardized Shopfloor Management Audits across EU supplier base - Promote deployment of Recurrence Prevention activities within PUR and EU Suppliers - Provide ad-hoc support in case of supply chain crisis (Capacity / Quality / Delivery) Member Development Activities: - Develop and give internal trainings on TPS skills to coach Purchasing member and improve their capabilities

Purchasing Division - Engineering Section • Responsible for Electronics Parts (ADAS, HVAC Systems, ECUs, Switches) • Managing production preparation activities for Electronic parts related to Future Vehicle Projects from Sourcing phase to Product Development and into Start of Production. • Lead the production preparation team composed by Design, Quality & Logistics members from Toyota and Suppliers, ensuring milestones are met on-time and leading to the successful introduction of the parts into mass production. • Early identification of critical risks / problems, proposing preventive / corrective actions and ensuring their follow-up. • The role also involves use of Toyota Production System tools to lead and promote improvements of supplier's Production / Quality / Delivery performances via regular on-site workshops.
