As a specialist for FMCG and consumer-centric go-to-market strategy and execution, I thrive in leading fast-paced, agile teams to deliver holistic growth impact in complex, multinational organizations. My previous experience as a Growth Strategy Consultant allowed me to work on international accounts across sectors and industries while leading cross-functional teams with Prophet as an Engagement Manager. My earlier career delivering impact as an industrial engineer at Amazon, gave me plenty of hands-on experience in customer-centric ecommerce operations, team leadership and driving day-to-day operations as well as many continuous improvement projects.
