-Support in the conception and creation of PPT slide sets and trainer guides for MINI and BMW. -Preparation, implementation and evaluation of interviews to create an internal communication concept. -Creation of various insights to increase the visibility of rpc. -Desk research for a BMW strategy project to improve the Gear & Garment strategy. -Preparation and follow-up of workshops with international customers. -Analysis and preparation of verbatims for monthly and quarterly reports.
Main Activities: -Support in customer acquisition and the onboarding process regarding the electronic Bill of Lading (EB/L). -Developing opportunities in a CRM system in the context of Digital Solutions. -Analysis of customer potential for Digital Solutions using tools like Power BI, Excel, etc. for better prioritization of customer onboardings. -Internal communication and consultation to guarantee a smooth commercial process for Digital Solutions. -Supporting the EB/L process from release at Port of Loading to surrender at Port of Discharge. -Creating Standard Operating Procedures/User Guides for Digital solutions. -Supporting in all other various commercial activities related to Digital Solutions. Additionally: -Participation in a Sales Germany Training and Team-Building Event -Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of an important customer visit with Senior Management Attendance
Main Activities: -First Point of Contact for the Production and Logistics Department of all central divisions and locations supporting the development and implementation of digitalization projects. -Part of an agile software project developing an application to improve and digitalize the End-of-Line process of car manufacturing. -Tasked with planning and executing rollouts of a cloud-based software solution at worldwide group locations. -Supporting the preparation and execution of user-workshops and gathering requirements for user-centric software development. -Supporting the group-wide requirements management. -Developing a change and communications concept and creating instructional videos for end users. Additionally: -Organization and moderation of a series of MS Teams calls where existing colleagues introduced new colleagues to their respective roles.
