In my role at Greyhill Advisors, I lead business development activities from lead prioritization through proposals/RFPs, negotiation, and engagement. I additionally researched every aspect of the site selection process from employee cost to real estate cost and more. Using this information I built comprehensive models to help our clients make the best possible decisions. My work on distressed real estate fund side of the business included building detailed real estate valuation models of large mortgage pools using public market data, historical trends, legal environments, bank-provided documentation, and local government databases. In my role at Gateway, I assisted in business development by leveraging current relationships to sell additional services while overseeing the RFP process. Additionally, I advised a $35-billion dollar pension fund and several billion dollar fund of funds to generate in-depth quantitative analysis and investment recommendations for their alternative investment portfolios. I managed the team responsible for generating quantitative fund and portfolio analysis and helped develop custom financial models to help assess venture capital and private equity funds true performance drivers.
