Developed and managed execution of 14 separate undergraduate courses in the creative writing department, building syllabi from the ground up, including The Art of Story Writing, Poetry, Elements of Story, Fiction Writing, and Reading as Writers. Charismatically delivered lectures, managed a classroom of 15 to 20 students in person and over Zoom, and mentored over 280 students in career planning and creative growth. Defined creative writing methodologies and implemented grading standards via Blackboard.
