Lead the full lifecycle of B2B field marketing programs, including executive events, customer roundtables, trade shows, and webinars. Oversee logistics, venue selection, registration management via Adobe Experience Manager, agency partnerships, and comprehensive post-event analysis. Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting both customers and partners—covering email outreach (save-the-dates, invitations, reminders), social media promotion, and follow-up communications to maximize engagement and attendance. Develop compelling branded event assets and sales enablement collateral—such as brochures, signage, presentation decks, and custom visuals—using Canva to ensure consistent branding and resonate with diverse audiences. Facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, and external vendors by managing contracts, statements of work (SOWs), purchase orders (POs), speaker coordination, and internal resource platforms to deliver seamless, high-impact event experiences.
Supported overall project management and execution for the “SAP SuccessFactors HR Connect” in-person event series, averaging 150 attendees and $3.4 million in pipeline creation. Support included creative signage, contract management, email coordination, deck preparation, and registration reporting. Also, helped to lead the coordination and tactical execution of the ON24 ISBN Adoption Marketing webinar series, reaching over 1,750 registrants and 561 attendees across 6 events. I have learned and utilized SAP internal tools for campaign execution, such as event invitations, registration pages, post-campaign interactions, purchase order requests, and written communications.
