In the capacity of both a construction manager and as a general contractor, the firm has constructed ground-up office buildings, community shopping centers, warehouses, and multi-family. In 2022, the firm is the CM for a 110,000 SFG, multi-story self-storage facility in the Danbury, Connecticut area.
Carl de Stefanis, P.E., has over 40 years experience in the areas of real estate development, design, and construction. As president of IVI International, Inc., he started and presided over six affiliated consultancies in the advisory space for institutional mortgagees and equity investors. In 2015, the six companies, comprising six regional offices, two foreign affiliates, and over 200 employees, were sold to CBRE. Since 2015, his efforts have been concentrated in real estate investment and angel investing on behalf of individual and SPVs. He is a licensed professional engineer in New York and Connecticut, and a licensed real estate broker in New York.
