As a Technology Project Manager in the FinTech industry, I am responsible for analyzing and collaborating with partners and vendors on integration plans for our e-wallet mobile application. Usual integrations include service aggregators, banks, and remittance companies. In addition, I serve as the Scrum Lead, managing a cross-functional team of developers and QA specialists to ensure project delivery standards and commitments. Prior to this role, I started my career as a Business Analyst, where I gained experience in Core Banking and contributed to the creation of Business Service Documents and Requirements Catalogues, which served as key references for developers during migration projects. • Vendor Management: assigned for the B2B Partner Ecosystem track, where projects are mostly integration with partner or vendors (service aggregators, international remittance, loan disbursement, biller integrations) • Project Planning & Execution: Lead technology end-to-end project lifecycle from API development to deployment • Budget & Resource Management • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and track project performance metrics, providing updates to senior leadership.
