My name is Carla Burch. I worked in the fitness industry for 10 years as a Service manager at 24 Hour Fitness. In September of 2014 I took a position in sales at Coca-Cola Refreshments as an Account Manager- large store relief, soon after I was assigned to my own route as an Account Manager- small store. In December of 2016 I was promoted to a Merchandising Supervisor at the Bakersfield distribution Center. And most recently in August of 2020 I accepted the role of Territory Manager at the Fresno Distribution Center.
Volunteer work at local homeless shelter. Serving food, cleaning and assisting with residents.
I am currently an Account Manager- Small Store at Coca-Cola. My territory covers the area of Downtown, Oildale and Rosedale in Bakersfield. I assist my customers with ordering all Coca-Cola beverages as well as create marketing tools to increase profit and revenue in their business.
I began working at 24 Hour Fitness as a Kid's Club attendant soon moving to front desk receptionist. Later promoting several times to lead, assistant manager and the last 6 years working at 24 Hour Fitness I was a Service Manager working at all 3 Bakersfield locations. My role as a Service manager included managing a team of 15+ team members; managing, coaching, developing, scheduling. My role also included budget managing and ordering multiple club supplies. With the growth of social media I was also in charge of managing the local club social media Facebook page as well as responding to all Yelp questions and reviews. I also had to assist all member concerns and help prospecting guest with membership and fitness sales.
