In September 2022, team had a DPMO of 24k. Fast forward to March 2023, DPMO of 17k.

Represented the Athletic Department under Steve Hauser, the Athletic Director, in the Student Achievement Board (SAB). Involved meetings with every department in Madison College to discuss budgets. Took part in and provided an approach in the future direction of the colleges expenses while analytically influencing the decision to increase online class prices.
Assisted in hosting sporting events for Madison College . Mainly worked for the Men and Women's basketball team. Met opposing teams upon arrival, guided them to their locker rooms and halftime location. Interacted with officials, brought them to their locker rooms and completed their requests. Set up and cleaned the gymnasium pre and post event.
