As an eCommerce Solutions Consultant, my role sits at the intersection between the Sales, Delivery, Technology and UX teams, working with prospects and clients to architect smart solutions to their eCommerce requirements.
Engaging with prospects considering the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central with a leading Microsoft Gold partner. Responsible for the solution element of the sale cycle, from leading discovery sessions, through end-to-end solution presentations, to in depth focus sessions. Requiring a high level of technical competence, creating and maintaining Microsoft 365 environments and Business Central instances, and also requiring the ability to understand and translate the requirements of businesses from many industries such as manufacturing or distribution, resulting in providing the prospect with the best possible understanding regarding the suitability of the proposed solution for their business.
