United Kingdom
I’ve spent over 25 years in the security industry, delivering and managing national roll-out projects across the UK. During that time, I repeatedly saw the same problem — goods moving through supply chains with little to no real accountability. When losses occur, there is no clear evidence of where or when it happened. Smart Tote was built to solve that. It transforms a standard logistics container into an aircraft style "black box" for goods in transit that records its own history — including who secured it, where it was handled and any unauthorized opening or tampering events, all with precise timestamps. When exceptions occur the system alerts both locally and across the operation — creating a true verifiable chain-of-custody for goods in transit. Following our recent exhibition launch, the system has generated strong interest from major retailers and logistics providers and is now moving towards live pilot deployment. If you’re involved in logistics, retail distribution, or high-value goods movement, I’d be happy to connect.
Founder of SMART TOTE — a logistics security system designed to bring true accountability to goods in transit. SMART TOTE transforms standard containers into “black box” devices that record handling, access, and tamper events — creating a verifiable chain-of-custody across the supply chain. Designed specifically for high-value and high-risk logistics environments, including retail distribution, pharmaceuticals, and secure transport. Following industry exhibition launches, the system has generated strong interest from major retailers and logistics providers, now progressing towards live pilot deployment with major operators. Currently focused on securing initial live deployments and scaling the system into enterprise logistics environments.
