TESCA Group is the new name of Trèves TSC (Textiles and Seat Components), a group of 38 companies in 17 countries , coming from the merge of the Covering material activity, the seat automotive activity of Trèves Group and the automotive Textile activity of Chomarat Group. Treves TSC Group has been sold to new private investors. The new investors "FERN", represented by Mr. Charles Churet and Mr. Brian McSharry, are recognized experts in the automotive market with deep experience in leading the launch of new companies out of existing automotive suppliers. The entry of the new investors gives the opportunity, to TSC Group, to develop its own strategy in total autonomy and with significant financial support. With deep regard to the strong history, including the use of “Treves” Trademark, our new shareholders will lead Treves TSC into new markets while further building upon the strong relationships with the traditional clients. Our personality of creativity and flexibility will strive to exceed our client’s expectations in all phases of the business. Also thanks to a global footprint, supported by 13 manufacturing plants. Our target is to provide an increasingly better service all over the world.
