With a background spanning the Royal Navy and fire service through to senior consulting, I bring a practical, no-nonsense approach to complex change programmes. I work client-side across public sector, maritime, and higher education — supporting ERP implementations across all major platforms, whether Oracle, Workday, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or beyond — from functional design through to go-live and beyond.
