With over 16 years of teaching experience, including Further Education and state school teaching Business, Travel & Tourism in an outstanding state school, I am dedicated to empowering young people through engaging, real-world learning experiences. My role as educator, tutor and educational psychology student, allows me to coach teenagers to help them build the confidence, skills and resilience needed to thrive in their future careers. I have a strong focus on pastoral care, promoting a supportive environment that nurtures both academic success and personal growth. My passion for teacher Mid-Life wellbeing, vocational training and how the brain learns, supports my commitment in making a meaningful impact on my students' and colleagues' lives to prepare them for life's successes.
