"Proper planning, preparation and practice prevents poor performance" That's the first big lesson I learned in the film industry. I was lucky to have the best bosses from the beginning to teach me how to be efficient and professional on set. That principle I learned in 2013, the year I started as a driver. From there I've grown in many levels and enjoyed different roles in the process of making a movie but I would say locations is the department I know the best. However, I've worked in production, transport and AD department too. Even more, I did work as a local fixer in international small projects, such a Belgian documentaries or German VFX projects and I know how to host a small crew and set everything needed to get their goals completed.
