HR Business Partner managing all aspects of the people strategy and HR operations across multi sites employing with circa 2500 employees. Managing all Employee Relations and Industrial Relation activities.. Leading the engagement and learning development strategy, driving initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organisational performance. Overseeing and managing personal injury claims. Manage 3rd party disputes. Provide advice to key stakeholders across all sites on employee relations, legislation, and best HR practices, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal standards.
Working in a HR Generalist Role across two Depots with an employee count of over 700+ personnel locally across Supply Chain Operations and Transport. Managing employee relations and IR across the site's including probation management, absence and performance management, investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and appeal hearings.
